Job Summary

We are looking for a Strategy Officer to architect, optimize, and scale our business operations. In this high-impact leadership role, you will bridge the gap between long-term corporate vision and daily operational execution. You won't just keep our systems running smoothly behind the scenes; you will actively design the frameworks, systems, and teams that allow Highrachy to scale its real estate and property portfolio aggressively and sustainably.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic foresight, data-driven financial acumen, and hands-on operational leadership. Working closely with the executive management team, you will turn high-level goals into high-performing realities, ensuring our assets deliver maximum value while maintaining institutional-grade efficiency and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and refi ne scalable operational frameworks and institutional-grade Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure seamless business continuity as the company grows.
  • Partner with the finance team to optimize portfolio performance, maximize Net Operating Income (NOI), and manage operational budgets/forecasts.
  • Implement high-leverage cost-saving and yield-management measures without compromising quality or brand integrity.
  • Evaluate, deploy, and champion modern property management, CRM, and business intelligence tools to drive automation, predictive maintenance, and data-backed decision-making.
  • Establish robust compliance matrices and conduct rigorous audits across real estate regulations, financial controls, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards to protect company and investor assets.
  • Act as the primary operational link between internal teams, elite clients, investors, and regulators.
  • Transform transactional vendor relationships into long-term strategic partnerships to secure preferential terms and premium quality.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams by setting clear KPIs, optimizing resolution frameworks for high-priority property/tenant issues, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive, trackable experience in operational strategy, asset management, or corporate operations, ideally within real estate development, property management, or management consulting.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, transforming business processes, and leading scaling initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of corporate budgeting, financial planning, P&L management, and operational risk mitigation.
  • Strong proficiency with advanced real estate ERPs, modern CRM software, and data analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, critical problem-solving capability, uncompromising integrity, and a microscopic attention to detail.
  • Integrity, accountability, and great attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree or professional certification in Operations, Project Management, or Facilities Management.
  • Experience managing multiple properties or mixed-use portfolios.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Familiarity with technology-based tools for analytics and operational tracking.
