Job Summary

As an Executive Assistant at Highrachy, you will play a crucial role in managing executive calendars, handling communications, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our executive team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong problem-solving skills, and can maintain confidentiality with professionalism, we want to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage executive and company calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, schedules and presentations.
  • Assist in preparing materials for executive meetings and presentations.
  • Conduct research and compile data for various reports and projects.
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assist with executive tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Handle some administrative and financial tasks.
  • Handle additional tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Required:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Driven and intuitive.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
